The Canadian Fitness/Fighting Center is the best combat sports gym in Winnipeg.  Located in central Winnipeg, the Canadian Fitness/Fighting Center is conveniently located for anyone looking to get in shape.  At 6,500 square feet in size, the CF/FC gym is Winnipeg’s largest facility that focuses on combat sports.

This is not some gym that is used as a day care center in the day or can be rented for pickup floor hockey and basketball games.  The CF/FC has the equipment, facility, and instructors that makes it world class.  The CF/FC is disinfected daily to prevent any health issues.  No local community club training gym can promise you that!

State of the Art
The gym has undergone significant upgrades in 2009 to make it a Word Class training facility.  All the areas of the gym were re-designed with a focus on hygiene and safety. Upgrades to the facility include:

  • State of the art bathroom\shower facilities that are sanitized at the end of every training day.
  • 5000 square feet of padded training surface
  • A brand new HVAC system that provides a well-ventilated, climate-controlled facility year round for the student’s comfort.
  • A full size kickboxing ring
