Cardio Kickboxing
Throughout the world, Cardio Kickboxing has become a tremendously popular cardiovascular workout that will burn calories, elevate your heart rate, reduce your waist size, and burn fat. This full-body workout combines elements of training elements from kickboxing, mixed martial arts, and aerobics to provide overall physical conditioning and toning.
Cardio kickboxing does not involve any physical contact between students. It is a solely an aerobic workout based on fighter training methods that are performed for its many benefits to your body!
The Cardio Kickboxing class will start with a warm-up, which may include stretching and traditional exercises such as jumping rope and push-ups. This will be followed by kickboxing (bag work using knee strikes, kicks, and punches), calisthenics, and body conditioning using plyometrics and core strength exercises

12:00 PM to 1:00 PM Monday, Wednesday, Friday
5:30 PM to 6:30 PM Thursday
