Powerkick – Womens Only Kickboxing
This WOMENS only cardio kickboxing class is a 75 min workout consisting of:
Fundamental Boxing, Cardio Kickboxing, Core Strength and Plyometric exercises, finished with Power Stretching.
This course is designed to:
- teach you how to punch with fundamental Boxing while learning self defense
- elevate your heart rate and burn fat with Cardio Kickboxing
- tone and build muscle with Core Strength and Plyometric exercises
- improve flexibility with basic Power Stretching and Yoga type exercises
Get in shape, have fun and learn self-defense with a workout designed for women and taught by Canadian Fitness/Fighting Center certified instructor Nicole Works.

8:00 PM – 9:15 PM Thursday
11:30 AM -12:30 PM Sunday

Equipment Required – gloves, handwraps
